Kelly Mast has spent over 15 years successfully creating and cultivating relationships and opportunities in the Charleston Residential Real Estate market. Leveraging her business knowledge and extensive experience, Kelly knows the niche luxury management and sales market and how to make smart business decisions for her clients in a timely manner. This expertise has helped create more than $20+ million in assets under management and sales.
Working and connecting with people and their assets means going above and beyond to get what her clients want and need. As Kelly says,

Prior to founding her own real estate company, Kelly served as Vice-President and Controller of Eastrock Properties, LLC in Mount Pleasant, SC for over 8 years managing both residential and commercial assets. She utilizes her BS in Accounting from the College of Charleston and MBA with honors, including a 4.0 GPA and “Student of the Year for 2008” from the Citadel.
Over the course of her career, Kelly has found joy in connecting underprivileged people with resources, such as school tuition, dental hygiene, clothing, job opportunities, after-school care, and weekly mentoring that she personally provides to them. When she's not working, Kelly enjoys spending time with friends and family, running, playing on the water, and enjoying the beautiful Lowcountry.
Jamey McEwen

Jamey McEwen is a successful entrepreneur and former US Federal Law Enforcement Agent. Jamey created a successful startup, which grew to over $7 million in annual revenue under his leadership. After 14 years, he then orchestrated the sale of his company to a world-wide business entity; and, as the National Manager of their largest division, Jamey helped grow its revenue to more than $150 million in just 5 years.
Jamey’s career brought much success, yet he found himself traveling over 42 weeks a year. Appreciating the unique beauty of the Lowcountry, he decided to make Charleston his home. The strains of extensive travel and maintaining his property became immediately evident. Through this, Jamey came to realize how much quality of life he was missing with the burden of property management on his own shoulders. As Jamey says,
“It’s important to me that every Client can experience the joys and pleasures of home ownership, knowing the maintenance of their home is one less thing they need to worry about. It’s your home, you should enjoy it.”
While not working, Jamey enjoys challenging himself. He has competed in over 30 marathons and 18 Ironman Triathlons in the last 20 years. Jamey consistently demonstrates that preparation, dedication, and follow-through are his strong suites and uses this same approach every day at The Properties.
